Pre-Orders

Pre-orders let users reserve a spot in your collection before it fully launches. When pre-orders are enabled, users buy passes that entitle them to receive NFTs and tokens once the pre-order window closes.

  1. Enable pre-orders during collection or token launch creation
  2. Set a pre-order duration (1-7 days)
  3. Launch your collection — the pre-order window opens
  4. Share the pre-order link with your community
  5. When the window closes, the platform handles distribution automatically
  1. Find a pre-order in the Binder Explorer (Pre-Orders tab) or via a direct link
  2. Buy one or more passes at the calculated pass price
  3. Wait for the pre-order window to close
  4. Receive your NFTs and tokens automatically

Each pass has a fixed price calculated as:

Pass Price = Bonding Curve SOL / Collection Supply

This means:

  • Larger collections = cheaper passes
  • The bonding curve value is a platform-wide constant
  • All buyers pay the same price regardless of when they buy

After launch, a pre-order collection moves through these statuses:

The collection is live and accepting pass purchases. Users can see:

  • Total supply and how many passes are sold
  • The pass price
  • Time remaining
  • Collection details and about page

The pre-order window has ended (either timer expired or 100% sold). The platform is collecting and processing all SOL from participants.

For token launches, the platform creates the token on PumpFun. This happens automatically — no action needed from the creator.

NFTs are minted and sent to all pass holders. Each pass corresponds to one NFT. If vesting is configured, the vesting schedule begins at this point.

The collection is now fully live. NFTs have been distributed, tokens are locked inside them according to the vesting schedule, and the marketplace is active.

If a pre-order doesn’t meet its goals, the creator can cancel it. When cancelled:

  1. Status moves to Cancelled
  2. All SOL is refunded to pass buyers
  3. Refunds are processed automatically (status: Refunding)

After participating in a pre-order, your activity shows these status labels:

StatusMeaning
Pre-orderedYou bought a pass and are waiting for completion
Pre-order RefundedYour SOL was returned after a cancellation
Refund PendingYour refund is being processed
Pre-order TransferredYour pass was transferred to another wallet
